1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
If any signs of use or damage caused after delivery are found, the return request may be rejected.
2. Timeframe for Return Requests
You must contact us within 3 to 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloadable files)
Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged on arrival)
Products damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery
4. Return Process
To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following details when submitting your return request:
- Order number
- Your full name and contact information
- Clear photos or video showing the specific issue with the item.
- A detailed description of the problem.
Important Return Instructions
Please Note: First contact us to confirm the return process. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Parcels sent back without prior contact and confirmation are not acceptable.
Payment: All payments must be made in advance.
Shipping Carriers: We ship parcels using the Post Office and trusted services like TCS and Leopard Courier.
5. Replacement or Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
Replacement: If the item is available, a new one will be shipped.
Refund: If a replacement is not available, or if determined appropriate, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary based on bank/payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the products are not returnable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
